I understand that it can be hard, but I promise that just taking five minutes a day to do something for yourself will benefit you in the future and will help you make self-care a habit. Hello world! Have you ever been so stressed to the point where breathing is difficult and everything seems to be spinning? And you want to take a break, but you just don't have a ton of time? I've got just the list for you. In this day and age, actually taking time to care for yourself can be difficult, especially if you're a full time student or you work full time. That, my friends, is why I have created a list of ways to practice self-care in less than 20 minutes. You can practice these activities to ensure that you have a peaceful rest of your day. Remember, your health and well being come before anything, so take time to take care of yourself. 1. Meditation (I use the app Stop, Breathe and Think.
